	1 How to Backup/Restore Phone Data The options to backup and to restore are both located on your device's home screen, find it in the left hand column, it will be labeled with the brand and model of your device (in the case below, HTC Desire). Click the option you wish to use.
	2 How to Import/Export/Convert Media To import photos, videos or music, simply click on either photos, videos or music in the left column, then click the Add button. This will bring up your Windows file browser, from which you can select files to import from your computer or storage device. All the media files can be previewed with the built-in player. And you can also create new playlist, add new folder, etc. To export photos, videos or music, simply click the checkbox next to a file, then click the Export button on the menu bar.
	3 How to Import/Export/Edit Contacts Click on Contacts in the left column and on the Contacts page, then click Import/Export button at the top right. Choose a source from the box. Here, I've chose "Outlook Express". Click on the Export button and, as with importing contacts, select a destination from one of the options listed.

Then on the main interface, click More Tools and select Phone Transfer to open the Phone Transfer window.Once you've specified both the source and destination devices, click the blue Start Copy arrow in between the icons of each device to start transferring data from one phone to another.
	6 How to Manage SD Card Files You can also manage the files on your phone SD card. On the main interface, click the Manage SD Card to open your SD card files and manage your books, music, movies, etc.
